Procrastination Gaming is a solo indie studio founded and operated by Mike Lancaster — a developer with a passion for classic strategy games, immersive worlds, and the kind of ambition that keeps shipping dates comfortably far in the future.
Every project starts from a simple question: what kind of game do I wish existed? The studio builds for players who want depth, soul, and worlds worth exploring — no filler, no grind for its own sake.
The name is equal parts self-aware joke and honest confession. Building the games you actually want to make means accepting that perfection takes time. Possibly a lot of time.
Procrastination Gaming is a one-person indie studio making the games its founder always wanted to play. Founded by Mike Lancaster, the studio is currently developing Frozen Realm — a retro strategy RPG — and MagikBound, a magic-driven action game. Its first release, Game of Life, is available free in browser on itch.io. All projects reflect a commitment to soul, depth, and worlds worth returning to.
